1. Academic dishonesty in every disciplinary segment should be handled with the proper care. Having said, I strongly condemn these kinds of nature of copying from the other students. It can be in any class. Like in English class, the academic cheating should be given priority and finding any such case should be dealt very strictly. The plagiarism in any respect means the same that taking ideas from the different source and claiming it to be one’s own. In computer programming classes, the coding gets copied with the certain changes in algorithm. These are also violating the basic principles of transparency. Cheating is no way acceptable irrespective of the subject and the nature of dishonesty. So, I think that dishonest should be handled in computer programming classes like the other subjects.
